As a husband and wife photography team, we move seamlessly throughout each event documenting both the atmosphere of the celebration and the moments that matter most.
From guest interactions and group portraits to speeches, décor, and the person being celebrated, our goal is to preserve the full experience of the event so you can relive it for years to come.
PRIVATE EVENT COVERAGE
Private event coverage is designed for smaller celebrations and intimate gatherings, typically with under 100 guests.
These events often include celebrations such as:
• birthday parties
• anniversary celebrations
• baby showers
• sip and see gatherings
• graduation celebrations
• engagement parties
• small networking or community gatherings
Even smaller gatherings often include meaningful moments worth preserving, from family group photos to candid interactions between guests.
During these celebrations we focus on documenting the natural flow of the event while ensuring important moments and meaningful group photos are captured.
Private event coverage begins at $1,200, with most celebrations booking three to four hours of photography, depending on the schedule and flow of the event.
MILESTONE & LARGER CELEBRATIONS
Milestone celebrations and larger events often involve a larger guest count, a structured timeline, or production elements throughout the event.
These celebrations may include events such as:
• bar and bat mitzvah celebrations
• quinceañeras and Sweet 16 celebrations
• large anniversary celebrations
• nonprofit galas
• award ceremonies and community celebrations
Milestone celebrations are often made up of many moving parts, from formal moments like speeches and presentations to the in-between interactions that define the energy of the day.
We take time ahead of the event to understand the structure, key moments, and priorities so everything flows naturally and nothing important is missed. This allows the photography to move seamlessly throughout the celebration without interrupting the experience for you or your guests.
Coverage for milestone celebrations begins at $3,800.
Most celebrations fall between $3,800–$5,500 depending on the scale, flow, and overall experience of the event.
SNEAK PEEKS & DELIVERY
You’ll receive a selection of sneak peek images within 24 to 48 hours, often by the following Monday.
Your full gallery is typically delivered within two weeks or less.
SHAREABLE GALLERY FOR HOSTS & GUESTS
Your images are delivered through a private online gallery that makes sharing photos simple.
You can send the gallery link to family and guests so they can:
• view the full gallery
• download their favorite images
• order prints directly from the gallery if they choose
This allows everyone who attended the celebration to easily access their photos without you needing to send images individually.
If you prefer additional privacy, we can also enable a security code so only the people you choose can download the images.
WEDDING CELEBRATIONS
From time to time we also take on select wedding celebrations.
Because weddings deserve thoughtful planning and dedicated attention, we intentionally limit how many we accept each year. When we commit to a wedding, we structure our schedule so we can fully focus on that celebration and the people at the center of it.
